Job Description

We’re seeking a talented ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT & CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the Elevation Project. This is a full-time position and an exciting opportunity to come join the international Elevation team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as great interpersonal skills. They must be very tech-savvy, self-motivated and detail-focused. They must be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel and Office, Facebook, Zoom & Workplace. They can be based anywhere in the world, but ideally in Israel or East Coast US. If you also have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant, we’d love to meet you.

Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our company and our exciting educational initiatives.
