Job Description

We are a growing international consumer consulting firm that specializes in financial dispute investigations and resolutions and we are seeking British Client Onboarding Specialists to join our team. The company is located between Modiin and Bet Shemesh.
Client Onboarding Specialists (COS) are responsible for reaching out to warm leads who contact the company about its products and services. A qualified COS has strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to efficiently assess and ascertain whether one or more of the company’s products services can benefit the client.

A typical day for a COS is to onboard new clients for the Company:

  • Making outbound and inbound calls to all assigned warm leads
  • Following-up with existing leads using the phone, email, SMS or other
  • Corresponding with existing clients about their case and experience

A successful COS should be able to:

  • Demonstrate strong empathy towards potential clients
  • Efficiently and compassionately assess the lead and explain the company’s available services in a timely manner
  • Maintain organization and structure in his/her pipeline
  • Effectively multi-task
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly goals
  • Work well in a team environment

Skills and/or Qualifications:

  • Phone sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy (CRM, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Chat and Zoom)
  • Strong Writing and Reading Skills
  • Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) – fluency in any European language is a bonus
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferable)
