WhiteSmoke Software is looking for a Customer Support agent to join our amazing team. An excellent opportunity to gain world-class experience and contribute to the effective use and satisfaction of the world’s best proof reading software.
The job is suitable for students and/or people with experience.
The customer support agents serves clients from all over the world. Therefore, The Help Desk is operating everyday and the job is based on shift work (mornings / mostly afternoons and possibly nights but only if it works for you)
It will be a challenging job but it is a part-time job you will be working with a close-knit team whose mission is to ensure the success and happiness of our customers
This is a people-job no less than it is a first-line technical support job. You will help our clients use our latest technology better, resolve possible issues and answer support tickets. You will also support us internally in critical assignments such as research, testing and knowledge base building.

Skills
• Excellent English level (read &write)
• Previous experience in customer support – advantage
• Passion to always learn more and assist in identifying problem areas
• Experience in MAC and Windows – major advantage
• Experience in QA – advantage
