Job Description

Sweetch (TLV) is a clinically validated, AI-powered, digital therapeutics platform that drives behavioral change among patients with chronic diseases to improve their health and clinical outcomes in a scalable and affordable manner, dramatically changing healthcare economics.

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join the team and provide support for the end-users. (B2C)

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Availability for 4-5 shifts a week, including nights and weekends. USA Time
  • Fluent English – excellent verbal and written communication skills. (other languages are an advantage)
  • Previous customer service or call center experience (preferably in healthcare and medical call centers) – an advantage
  • Experience in hardware/software/app support – an advantage
  • Tech Savvy
  • Great communication skills love working with people of all kinds
