Job Description

A fast-growing global cosmetic company operating in the ecommerce market is looking for an experienced Social media customer service representative.
In a given day we receive hundreds of comments and private massages from our customers,
we’re seeking for representative to support our customers and social media influencers, this person should be responsible, emphatic and detail oriented in responding to customer inquiries.
This job requires interpersonal and cooperative skills in order to collaborate between different departments and colleagues.
Requirements
• Native English a MUST
• Work during the evening hours – provide customer service to the U.S
• Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Interpersonal & communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge od social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Gmail
• Meticulous attention to detail
